Blake Casagrande

President and Chief Executive Officer

Blake Founded C4 Industrial Solutions with his business partner Caleb Hensley. Prior to starting C4 Industrial, Blake served in the US Air Force, as the Technical Authority over all assets in the Gulf of Mexico on oil platforms. 

 

During his career, Blake designed and commissioned the first methane biogas refineries in northern Missouri, as well as serving as a maintenance and engineering leader both regionally and globally.

 

Blake's commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest industry trends ensures that he brings innovative ideas and fresh perspective to every project.  His dedication to excellence, coupled with his strong work ethic, has earned him the trust and respect of his clients, who value his insights and guidance.

 

Blake holds a B.S., in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, as well as organizational leadership and financial analytics from Harvard business school.  He holds a Universal EPA License and ISA certified tech (CCST). 

 

Outside of his professional endeavors, Blake can be found on his farm enjoying time outdoors with his wife Brianna, and their two sons Gentry and Jax.

Caleb Hensley

Chief Operating Officer

Caleb started his career as a mechanic in the mining industry while working on his degree in computer information systems in his free time.  His mining career spanned 12+ years, navigating his way from contractor in the maintenance department to surface foreman in 3 different states.  During that time, he was the Maintenance Manager for 2nd largest coal preparation plant in the US.  

​

Making a transition from mining to automotive manufacturing proved to be a pivotal step as he began his Engineering studies to further his knowledge and build on years of mechanical experience. Graduating with a B.S., in Industrial Management and Applied Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Caleb began working as maintenance manager for various companies over the last 10 years in the Food and Beverage industry.

Caleb is an EMT, a certified Green belt, certified Lean/Six Sigma, member of the fire brigade in the mining industry, Microsoft Certified System Engineer, a certified 30 hr OSHA safety professional, and is certified in Better Process Control.

 

Recent years have been filled with a variety of projects as an Engineering consultant and starting C4 Industrial Solutions.

Caleb has been married to his wife, Tylanna, for 7 years and they have two children.  Maddox, 17 and Emma, 5.  In his spare time, you will find Caleb hunting, fishing or spending time with his family outdoors.

Lisa started her career as a Materials Management Specialist working with the largest distributor of pipe, valve, and fitting products and services to the energy and industrial markets worldwide.

 

Lisa has amassed over 20 years of experience in reliability practices that showcase her drive to achieve operational excellence and efficiency. 

 

Her career includes playing an integral part working with one of the nation’s largest oil and natural gas producers in various aspects that include Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Total Process Reliability (TPR).

 

Lisa is certified in Lean/Six Sigma applications, Leadership and Development, Condition Based Monitoring techniques, and CMMS implementation. She has utilized her excellent technical writing abilities to publish articles for Construction Business Owner and other large publications. 

​

Lisa brings a goal-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to achieve a vision to put process and people in place to achieve long term goals by analyzing organizational needs and pinpointing primary objectives. 

 

Being a resident of Wyoming, Lisa is most enthusiastic about her time with family and animals. She is an active hunter and angler enjoying all things living life elevated.

Dennis Dabbs

Dennis has 20 years of experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical components in an industrial environment. This includes electrical components & end devices of automated systems as well as motor control circuits. Dennis graduated from the IBEW/NECA inside wireman apprenticeship program in 1998.

 

Dennis’s professionalism and attention to detail has led him to experience many roles in the industrial maintenance & construction trades.  These roles include planner & scheduler, maintenance supervisor and maintenance manager in the oil industry in central California. 

 

Dennis is committed to continuous improvement processes such as TPR (Total Process Reliability), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) and places a strong emphasis on the 2-Second Lean strategies. He is passionate about maintenance and is dedicated to bringing out the best in people and processes. He is a believer in the “don’t ever let good enough be good enough” philosophy.

Brandon S. Lawson is a transformational and results-oriented executive with a proven track record in improving engineering, reliability, and maintenance. With broad industry experience in petrochemical, chemical, alternative energy, and manufacturing, Brandon is a designer of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) systems that consistently enhance operational reliability and drive business results. 

 

With a collaborative leadership style, Brandon excels at developing high-performance teams and evolving the collective and individual skilled trades acumen and skills. He is fully conversant with industry standards and specifications such as API, ASME, ASTM, and ANSI. Brandon's expertise extends to predictive and condition-based preventive maintenance practices, process control systems, life cycle analysis, corrosion prevention, boilers, and burners. 

 

In his professional history, Brandon has held key roles in leading organizations. As a Maintenance Supervisor at Natures Bakery, he led a team of maintenance technicians in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of bakery equipment. He conducted regular inspections, diagnosed mechanical issues, and trained new maintenance staff, resulting in a more skilled and efficient team. Brandon also collaborated with production and quality control teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades, leading to enhanced product quality and consistency. 

 

Brandon's experience also includes positions such as Field Maintenance Foreman at Omni Solutions and Maintenance Supervisor at DRS Marlo Coil, where he ensured strict adherence to safety standards and performed troubleshooting and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems. He has additional experience as a Field Maintenance Foreman at True North, a BP contractor, and as a Journeyman Laborer at Leonard Masonry. 

 

 Brandon's educational background includes a comprehensive understanding of maintenance and engineering principles. He has directed and supervised field maintenance technicians, implemented proactive maintenance approaches, conducted on-the-job training, and managed equipment inventory and maintenance records. 

 

 With his expertise in maintenance leadership and reliability engineering, Brandon S. Lawson is a valuable asset to any organization seeking to optimize equipment performance, improve process efficiency, and enhance overall reliability.

 

In Brandon’s spare time he loves spending time with his family. Wife Jessica, sons Brent, Liam, Lincoln and daughter Brianna. Brandon and his family love traveling and being outdoors.
